Please complete the following registration form to register for our adult classes.  A confirmation will be sent to you via the email address you provide within 3 days.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Check, cash, travelers check, and credit card.  Please submit your payment at the Front Desk by filling out a Payment Envelope (and Credit Card form if paying by credit card).

Payment by Credit Card Via Online:

This option is only available to members or persons with a credit card on file with us.  At the bottom of this form, you may request our Club to charge your credit card on file. We would need your full name and the last four digits of your Credit Card that we have on file.
