Bellevue Badminton Club was founded in November 2005. A group of very passionate badminton players met together and brought the idea of bringing badminton to our community with the first 24-hour badminton only facility in the state of Washington to reality. The founders wanted to create a passion for life. Their initial goals were to bring badminton awareness to the community, help develop the sport of badminton in the region, and develop a good junior coaching program that has a positive influence on the juniors' lives. This gives the juniors confidence and also builds character and leadership skills; one of the goals of the junior coaching program is also to provide a positive environment for all individuals and families at the badminton club.
