Skills and Drills (July 12th 2010 - September 20th, 2010)

Monday 7:15pm-8:45pm

Location: Bellevue Badminton Center (NEW GYM)

Fee: $15.00 Drop In

$120 for 10 Weeks (BBC members receive 10% discount)

$70 for 5 Weeks (BBC members receive 10% discount)

Skills and Drills will help improve the badminton by practicing different drills that sometimes happened during a badminton match. It is a fun and exciting class where one of our professional coaches will be guiding you on developing certain skills for badminton games. You will learn a few new techniques.

Coach: Huaiwen Xu or Assistants

Class Start July 12th 2010,  End Date: Septebmer 20, 2010

It is a great way to learn basic badminton technique and practice the skill with a drill.

Week 1 (7/12/2010): Back hand Serves, Drives
Week 2 (7/19/2010): Under hand Serves and Clears
Week 3 (7/26/2010): Drops and Net Lifts
Week 4 (8/02/2010): Smash and Defense
Week 5 (8/9/2010): Up and Back Foot Work and Half Court Singles
Week 6 (8/16/2010): Doubles Rotation Strategy
Week 7 (8/23/2010): Doubles foot work and game strategy
Week 8 (8/30/2010):  Singles foot work
Week 9 (9/13/2010): Singles games (3 consecutive pts) and strategy
Week 10 (9/20/2010): Doubles Tournament
No Badminton Class on Labor Day weekend on 9/6/2010
