Class Descriptions:

• Invitation Only
• Advanced Level
• Prerequisite: completed Junior Elite/Elite group/Team2/Team3
• Attendance policy: attend at least 2 classes per week
• Physical fitness and footwork (speed, endurance, strength)
• Continue to build singles and doubles game strategies
• Sport psychology
• Sportsmanship
• Tournament participation (local, national, and international
