The purpose of our Competitve League is to encourage more competitive play among our Members and players within the community. Ranking allows us to provide good games for each player. This league is open to everybody, members and non-members, and it is a coed league (male and female are welcome). Must be at least 14 years of age.
Member League Fee: FREE
Non-member League Fee: $7/person (tax included). Please keep in mind that league play is only allowed on the Courts 6-11; playing on other courts is prohibited without paying a drop-in fee.

All Players MUST Check-in at the Front Desk: To participate, you must check in in-person at the Front Desk 15 minutes prior to the start of the League on the day of the League. If you are unable to check in in-person 15 minutes prior to the start of the League, you may check-in by calling the Club at 425-562-2950. You must check in by 7:15pm for the Singles League and by 7:45pm for the Doubles League.
The details and rules of the Competitve Leagues are as follows:
- All players must check-in 15 minutes prior to the start time on the day of the League.
- Players may check in in-person at the Front Desk by checking off your name or writing your name on the list if you're new. If you are unable to check in in-person 15 minutes prior to the start of the League, you may check-in by calling the Club at 425-562-2950. Email check-ins are NOT allowed, and will not be processed.
- Late players (showing up after the start time) will not be allowed to play. No exceptions.
- Each player must bring at least two (2) tournament grade birdies (Yonex AS 30, 40, 50, Wilson 80, 100, Victor Green Champion Tournament Grade). You may purchase birdies at BBC's Pro Shop at the Front Desk.
- Each week, players will be placed into a round robin group of 4-5 players by ranking.
- Players' ranking will be determined by the League Coordinator.
- You get -1 one point for each win, and +1 point for each loss. The player with the lowest overall score is the highest ranked player.
- You do not get penalized for not showing up. You simply do not get any points, so your points stay the same.
- This league will be run in seasons, where each season is six (6) months long, from January through the end of June, and July to the end of December.
- Doubles League: Each player must keep the same partner for the entire season; you may switch partners in a new season. The only exceptions are if a partner is injured or is no longer interested in participating in the League.
- As always, only non-marking shoes are allowed on the courts. You will not be allowed to play with any other shoes.
