How to Get Started for New Students

New students may start registering on Thursday of the enrollment week.

All registrations for new students received prior to Thursday of the enrollment week will be discard without notice. Parents will need to register on or after that Thursday to get in the queue.

  1. Review the class schedule and tuition for the location of your choice in the Session Information Files section below.
  2. Complete and sign a Student Enrollment and Waiver & Release form and then email or turn it into the front desk of the location of your choice.
  3. Click here to create an account and add a credit/debit card to the system for payment.
  4. Complete the online registration form for the location of your choice. You can find the registration links on the right menu.

Current/Returning Students

Registration for the following session will be sent to current/returning parents after 7pm on the first day of registration.

If you do not have a signed Waiver & Release date within the past 12 months, please download the Waiver & Release (page 2) and email it to us or stop by the front desk to sign it prior to using the link for online registration.

  • How long is a session?

    Session are typically eight (8) weeks long. If a session is shorter, it will be indicated in the pricing details, and the price will be adjusted.

  • When does the next session start?

    The start and end dates of each session can be found on our Junior Program Calendar found in the Download section at the end of this page.

  • Do you accept students once the session has started?

    Yes! New students may join a session through the end of week 5 of the session. (In week 6, we start registration for the following session.)

  • Do you have summer camps?

    Yes! Our summer camp schedule will be out before February for the year. Visit our Summer Camp page for details.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Notice of cancellations received prior to the first day of the session will receive 100% refund of the session tuition, less the non-refundable signup fee. Our full policy can be found here.

    Notice of cancellations received after the of the session will receive 80% refund of the canceled classes, less the non-refundable signup fee.

    We won't be able to offer any refund for cancellations received after the fourth (4th) week of the session.

  • How do I find out my child's progress in class?

    Please complete this form to request details about your child's progress.

    All students are assessed during each session for placement in the following session. An announcement of class placement will be within the email about registration for the following session.

  • Are there makeup classes if my child is sick or has another event to attend?

    Sorry, any missed class is forfeited and there are no makeups, just like school.

    Exceptions are only made for students absent for an injury with a doctors note or playing in an USAB sanctioned tournament. Our full policy can be found here
