MEMBERSHIP FAQs

1. As a member, may I bring guests with me?

Members are allowed to book guests on their courts with them. If a member books a guest onto their court, the member will be charged the drop-in fee ($7+tax per guest, per reservation). This will help speed up the check-in process.

Guests must play on the court with the member who made the court booking. Guests may only play during our open hours as Early Access reservations are for members only.

2. How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, you must submit provide written notice to the club via email (info@bellevuebadminton.com).

Written notice MUST BE before the next billing cycle.

3. Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership?

To upgrade your membership from a Singles to a Doubles, please send an email to info@bellevuebadminton.com with the name, birthday, and email of the second person who will be joining the membership. To upgrade to a Family membership, please visit one of our three front desks during business hours.

* Membership dues will only be prorated in the first three months of the initial membership term. If upgrading after four months, the new membership fees must be paid in full.

To downgrade your membership, please send an email to info@bellevuebadminton.com.

4. I have a one-month membership. How can I upgrade to an annual membership?

Email us at info@bellevuebadminton.com within three days of your One Month Membership expiration and we will prorate the difference between your last monthly fee and the first annual fee. Proration will only occur for the last monthly fee payment. If multiple one-month memberships have been taken, proration will not be cumulative for all one-month membership dues.
