Membership Cancellation

To cancel your membership, you must submit provide written notice to the club via email (info@bellevuebadminton.com).

Written notice MUST BE sent before the next billing cycle.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you email us to cancel.

 

Event Cancellation

(Court Bookings, Open Play, Junior Family Free Play, Adult Classes)

Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to their reservation’s event start time are eligible to receive a full refund back to the original payment method. An email notice is required for a refund back to a credit card.

Cancellations made 3 hours or more prior to their reservation’s event start time will receive a refund of their reservation fee in credit.

Cancellations made within hours to their reservation’s event start time will receive a 50% refund of their reservation fee in credit.
