Court Policy

Reserve Your Court

  • Reservations can be made for 1-3 hours, in 30-minute increments, up to 4 weeks (28 days) in advance.
  • ALL minimum 2 players, maximum 6. An additional 7th and 8th player may be added at check-in for an additional $7.5 per person regardless of membership status.
  • Payment required within 15 minutes of booking using a credit card on file, or reservation is auto-canceled.
  • Members may not create a reservation that leaves a 30-minute gap of unusable time on the schedule. If you see this error, please adjust your court or your reservation duration.

Check-in & Play

  • Check-in required at the kiosk up to 15 minutes before your reservation using your QR code found on the Court Reserve app (upper right corner of home screen).
  • All players checking in to play must be listed on the reservation.
  • Non-marking indoor court shoes are REQUIRED for play. Rentals are available.
  • Please no food, gum, or spillable drinks on the courts. Only drinks in spill-proof containers are allowed on the courts.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 24+ hours in advance: Cancel via Court Reserve app to receive a full refund to your CourtReserve balance, or email info@bellevuebadminton.com within 28 days for original payment refund. CourtReserve balance will be available immediately. Original payment refunds may take 3 business days.
  • 6-24 hours: Cancel via Court Reserve app; refund eligible to CourtReserve balance only.
  • Less than 6 hours prior: This is considered a late cancellation. Must contact front desk (at any location) before reservation start time to receive 50% back to CourtReserve balance.
  • No refunds will be available once the reservation time has started.
