Standard Pricing

  • ●Events are priced at standard court rental rates plus $7.5 per attendee
  • ●For events with 50+ attendees, the attendee fee is reduced to $5 per person (including the first 50).
  • ●Attendees aged 17 or younger receive 50% off equipment rentals and attendee fees.
  • ●Full facility rental: $500/hour (no attendee fees).

Additional Charges

  • ●Racket and shoe rentals are available. Due to limited supply, please inquire ahead of time to ensure availability.
  • ●A $69 garbage fee will be applied for events with over 50 attendees.

Policies

  • ●Non-marking shoes are required to play.
  • ●No limit on how far in advance you can book. Events must occur during business hours (9AM - 10PM).
  • ●A 5% transaction fee applies to standard cancellations. A 25% penalty applies if canceled within 28 days (4 weeks) of the event date.
  • ●Bellevue Badminton Club reserves the right to relocate or cancel an event at its discretion. If the club cancels an event, no fees or penalties will be charged.
  • ●Payment must be handled by a single individual; splitting payments across multiple parties is not allowed.
  • ●If any damage is caused to the facility or courts, a cleaning/repair fee may be assessed by staff.
  • ●Non-Marking Court Shoes must be worn at all times.

  • ●Email us at info@bellevuebadminton.com with your event details, including preferred date, time, number of courts, and estimated attendees.
  • ●Once details are confirmed, pay the base court rental fee in advance to secure your booking.
  • ●The attendee fee will be calculated based on the final headcount and charged on the event day.
  • ●Inform us in advance if you need equipment rentals to ensure availability.

✓ Example Calculation

If a group books 5 courts for 5 hours on a weekend (Saturday/Sunday) from 5 PM to 10 PM in Bellevue location, with 60 attendees, the total cost would be:

  • ●Court Rental Fee:
  • $19 x 5 courts x 5 hours = $475
  • ●Garbage Fee (for 50+ attendees): $69
  • ●Per-Person Attendee Fee:
  • $5 x 60 attendees = $300

Total Cost: $475 + $69 + $300 = $1,344 + tax
